Brooke: Why? That was an important movie.
Julian: No, it was a lucrative movie, not an important one. I want to make important movies. Plus there’s this girl that I’m in love with and I couldn’t stand to be away from her another day.

Brooke: I'm scared. What if we ruin it?
Julian: What are you talking about?
Brooke: The feeling that I get when I see you after a month. The way my heart aches when I smell your skin. I don't want it to go away.
Julian: It won't. We won't let it.

And the only reason that it's hanging there is because you took him to see that movie, and for one day that boy felt close to his father. He felt loved and appreciated. Sara: What did you do to your ring anyways? (Clay looks at his hands) Your wedding band, where is it?
Clay: I don't know.

Sara: (grabs a wedding ring from the drawer) Here, (puts ring on Clay's finger) married says mature, stable and dependable. Everything they want to see in a future agent.
Clay: (confused) Only I'm not married?

Sara: Clay...
Clay: Sometimes I can’t see you anymore. I forget things about you, and I’m afraid that I’m losing us... like the way you smelled, and uh the sound of your voice, and the way you felt uh in my arms and um...
Sara: If you let someone in... you’ll erase me. You won't.
Clay: I can’t.

Clay: It’s not fair. We were supposed to have more time.

Clay: I don’t want to lose us.

Julian: What?

Brooke: A little.
Julian: :[hugs her] It's gonna be okay.

Brooke: No, we won't. They didn't just tell me that...that I wasn't pregnant. they said I'm never gonna be. I can't.

Julian: Yet here we are fighting. And I'm getting really tired of fighting. You know, maybe you're right. Maybe I'm the guy who needs to save people. That's my issue. But I'm also the guy who loves you. I'm the guy you pushed away when you found out you couldn't have kids. I'm the guy you can't trust no matter how much I tell you to. And that's your issue, Brooke. I'm never gonna be able to make that stop for you.
Brooke: So what are you saying?
Julian: I'm saying...maybe right now, you need to work on you, and I need to work on me. You've got your new line, and...I'm making a movie...with Alex. I should concentrate on that...Goodbye, Brooke.

Brooke: So, let me get this straight. I'm better than everybody else on the planet who could possibly do this job?
Julian: That's right.
Brooke: Well, I guess if I am the best and you need the best...Then I have to do it.It wouldn't be fair otherwise...When do I start?
Julian: As soon as I find a director.
Brooke: You don't have a director?...Did you hire anyone for this movie?
Julian: The last guy didn't work out.
Brooke: What a shame. Too bad you don't know anyone who's...always wanted to direct...who knows the movie really well. I'm thinking someone whose name rhymes with "Shmulian"? You know anyone like that?
Julian: I don't think my dad would go for that. You know, I've never directed before.
Brooke: Make him go for it. Tell him you hired the best costume designer on the planet, and she'll only work with you if you direct. Because, ps., that's now the deal...Have your people call my people.

Julian: Hey Brooke how are you doing?
Brooke: Yeah I’m just watching a teamster paint my door a fugly shade of brown.

Nathan: Look, I know you're planning On falling insanely in love with that pig, but can we please talk about something else?

Nathan: What did you know?
Lydia: That you were going to change my daughters life. And I was right.
Nathan: You are responsible for raising the woman who changed my entire world. I'll never forget that Lydia. Thank you for saying "yes".

Jamie (to Haley): I’m not crying for me, I’m crying for you.


“The Last Day of Our Acquaintance ” [7.18]

Haley: How am I gonna get through this?
Nathan: Graciously and courageously, the way you always do, with me by your side

Brooke: I'm the donkey in a big, stupid shakespearean mixup.
Victoria: You're not making any sense.
Brooke: Alex slept with Alexander, not Julian. So, I ruined wardrobe... Bitched out the one man who makes my world turn... And clocked an interloping hoochie whose only mistake was boning Crocodile Dundee.
Victoria: You realize you're overlooking the best part of this... Julian didn't sleep with Alex. And as far as that shakespearean play, as I recall, the donkey gets turned back into a person once he realizes what an ass he's been.

Alex (to Brooke) : Didn't know your own strength, did you Bam Bam?

Lydia (to Quinn): You know I loved David, but I feel the same way about Clay that I did Nathan. I think he’s one of the good ones.

Julian: Brooke, what the hell happened today?
Brooke: I thought you slept with alex.
Julian: So, basically, you still don't trust me.
Brooke: No. Basically I got jealous. Because I'm in love with you, julian, And I always will be. And that's gonna make me do stupid things sometimes Because love is crazy. And I've been crazy. I know. First, I thought you were falling for alex, And then, last night, I went to your hotel, And I thought you fell for alex. I'm sorry. :[(they kiss)]
